Minor Hotfix Update to 0.60.11

A very minor update, this is mostly in response to Gut Slop Matt and the level selection bug. After doing some searching, I THINK that it was caused by the secondary event happening too soon before moving the mini Kram. I have added a bit more of a time delay in that event to hopefully fix this issue. If it seems fixed or happens again, please let me know either way.
